2022 Ted Lofto Scholarship Recipient

MC Oluwadarasimi Owoola has graduated from Fort Richmond Collegiate and will be attending the Faculty of Arts at the University of Winnipeg. Her goal is to become a lawyer that fights for the rights of vulnerable and fragile.

Dara was late joining Cadets, so she’s had to work even harder to catch up with her peers. She excelled while participating in semaphore and band programs.

She has also worked hard outside of Cadets, volunteering and participating in numerous activities at both her high school, Fort Richmond Collegiate, and church.

Because she was late starting, her leadership have not been fully tested, but because she was older than her peers, she was a excellent role model for them, and she was called on to help out in instruction and leadership activities.
